What comes with the residence

- Enrolment available in the managed rental programme, under which the Reserve's own hotel team runs the unit when the owner is away.
- Owners' concierge and housekeeping, year-round.
Penthouses
The eight penthouses occupy the top of the building, from 2,291 to 3,714 sq ft, with private terrace pools and the full sweep of the valley. They are the last stock released and are not part of the early founders' allocation.
Choosing a residence
Aspect matters more here than floor number. Units facing the valley carry the long view toward Abbottabad; units facing the ridge look into protected forest that cannot be built out. Corner units carry two aspects. Floor plates, orientation and the full unit schedule are walked through individually with registered founders.
